10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and legally binding on both parties.
